Our visiting hours
Our current visiting hours for inpatients in the wards of our clinics in Husum, Niebüll and Wyk/Föhr are:
2 p.m. to 7 p.m. – regardless of the day of the week.

Important information for visitors
Regardless of the current infection situation in a hospital, there are some basic rules to follow when visiting our clinics.
Our requests to all patients and visitors
1) (Outpatients): If you have symptoms of respiratory disease/nausea/vomiting at the time of admission/consultation, please wear an FFP2 mask and inform our staff.
2) Visitors: If you have symptoms of respiratory disease/nausea/vomiting, please refrain from visiting the hospital!
Please bear in mind that the immune systems of patients in the ward may be weakened.
Please ask your family or friends if someone else can visit until you have recovered.
3) For your own protection, we strongly advise against visiting infectious patients.
Basic hygiene information
1) Please always observe good hand hygiene in the hospital. Disinfect your hands at least when entering and leaving the hospital.
2) Please do not sit on the patients' beds.
3) Please do not bring flowers or plants into the hospital, as they can transmit pathogens.
Please also follow the instructions of our staff.
Basic information on fire safety
1) Smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings of the Nordfriesland Clinic, including e-cigarettes. Candles may not be lit either. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas outside the buildings.
2) Do not bring e-scooters or bicycle batteries into the buildings.
Use of mobile phones
1) Photography and filming are strictly prohibited in the buildings of the Nordfriesland Clinic!
2) No telephone calls should be made during visiting hours or during examinations.
3) If telephone calls are made, this should be done with consideration for other patients, visitors and staff – please reduce the volume!
